Vietnamese Spring Rolls are scrumptious and a healthy choice of food. They are served cold (not fried) and filled with fresh, crunchy vegetables, herbs, and rice noodles. Ingredients are wrapped in rice paper and served with a tangy, sweet dipping sauce. Join for this family cooking program and learn how to make this delicious treat. Presenter Emmy Lam will teach us how to make this delectable Asian treat as we celebrate Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Space is limited to 30 children. Please call the branch or email us at nrthrg@lapl.org to reserve your spot. For children ages 5 and older. Adult supervision is required.
